Q: Should I do Insanity or P90X?
A: They are both incredible programs. As P90X is to resistance, Insanity is to cardio. With Insanity, you can lose fat and get a toned. With P90X, you lose fat and gain muscle. Insanity has only body-weight exercises so you will gain muscle, but not as much as a 90 day P90X program. Insanity is primarily lots of cardio (interval training) with resistance!!

Q: Will I gain too much mass with P90X?
A: No, you simply do more reps, less resistance. There are plenty of success stories out there from women that have complete a round of P90X are very pleased with the results.
