Q: What supplements do you take?

A: Shakeology, P90X Whey Protein (chocolate), and P90X Recovery Drink, . I use Shakeology as a meal replacement for lunch and occasionally as a post workout recovery drink. I use the whey protein twice a day: once in the morning and as a snack. I’ll throw it on some cottage cheese and/or add it to my Shakeology with a tangerine (SO GOOD!).  I use the Recovery Formula directly following my workout.

When I leave the house for a few hours, I always take my Protein Bars.  My wife and I go through several boxes of bars every month!  They are great when you need some extra energy and something to fill you up when there’s no time (or no place) to grab a meal.

Q: What is the Recovery Formula?
