Q: How do you benefit from being my coach?
A: Simply put, I earn a commission off of any Beachbody products that you would purchase, whether it be a program, supplement, or equipment. It helps compensate me for the time I spend helping you out and answering your questions! You can purchase all Beachbody products from this site.
Q: I already have a coach, but how can I have you as my coach?
A: Just send a one sentence email to coachrelations@teambeachbody.com that says “I would like my coach to be LOREN GOLD, Coach ID 53687.” Please include your full name and email address!
Q: Why should I make you my coach?
A: Why not? ( : I will motivate you, help you choose the right program, answer diet questions, and help you reach your fitness goals. Bottom line, I will help you get fit! I enjoy it…it’s what I do.
