A: You will need the P90X Chin-Up Bar and either resistance bands or dumbbells.
Q: Which do you recommend: the bands or dumbbells?
A: When I’m home, I use dumbbells. I like gripping a solid weight in each hand, and it’s best for building mass. When I travel, I use the bands if I don’t have access to any weights. Both are very effective.
