Q: What does it mean to be a coach?
A: We all have the same goal. This goal is to make a difference in peoples lives and spread the word that we don’t want to shorten our lives by heading down the road of Obesity. We all want the best for our families and our friends and have met so many wonderful people that have taken that leap to better their lives and get healthy… to share what works and share how happy we are that Beachbody has made a difference in our lives. We are not trainers (although there certainly are Beachbody coaches that are trainers), we are not nutrition experts, or dietitians…what we are is a network of like-minded adults that love the feeling of being healthy and want to share how contagious feeling healthy is.
I love being a Beachbody Coach and what it has done for my family. Life’s stresses are better contained when you are healthy and fit. I love my life, my family and the Beachbody community, I cannot stress that enough.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: There is a one-time fee of $39.95 and then a monthly charge of $14.95 for your hosting fees for the 3 websites that Beachbody gives you. If you drink Shakeology on a regular basis, you want to be a coach simply for the savings.
Q: Do I have the time to be a coach?
A: You can spend as little or as much time as you want. Remember, you don’t have to be a fitness expert. As you start getting fit and healthy, you will naturally want to spend more time sharing what you’ve learned and how your energy and fitness level has improved. As my health improved and my Beachbody business grew, I started spending more time talking about it – thus more time being a “coach.”
