Diet Tips

Here’s an example of what I eat during the day…

Early Morning:  Cup of Coffee, Cottage Cheese

Workout:  P90X with Recovery Formula

Breakfast:  3 egg whites on ezekiel bread or Shakeology

Lunch:  Tofurky Sandwich on ezekiel bread with vegenaise, mustard, onion, avocado, carrots, cucumber

Snack:  P90X Power Bar

Early Dinner:  Salad with salmon or  Shakeology

Late night snack:  a few tablespoons of peanut butter, glass of wine (what a combination, I know!)

Water throughout the day…
